CommonWild Apiary facilitates opportunities for learning, community and wonder through beekeeping and honey bees in small group workshops

Put on a veil, crack open a hive and behold the magic of the bees up close and personal. Taste honey straight from the comb, witness a waggle dance, spot the queen herself and discover the magic of the hive!

Honey bees are magic.

Honey bees are magical creatures in many ways, but one of their true superpowers is their ability to inspire wonder in our lives. When you’re in the apiary, you slow down, your breath deepens, your senses sharpen, you notice small things, you focus on one task at a time, you lose yourself in the flow of the hive. It is deeply therapeutic work for us as humans and has incredible benefits for our ecosystem to boot.
